Balloon decorations for any special occasion.

Rentals
1. Rentals include frames, stands, props, drapes, signs and non-customized backdrops.
2. Rental equipment property of Visions By Kim Events Designs will be set up and removed by
Staff only.
3. Rental Equipment used for the balloon design is property of Visions By Kim Event Designs and will be
removed at the end of your event or the next available day.
4. All equipment used for the balloon design is property of Visions By Kim Events Designs LLC and is used on a rental basis. Customers are fully responsible for providing timely access to the event area for
teardowns. Balloon design teardown will be an extra fee if no equipment is used. Should all equipment
and materials not be available to retrieve from the location, the customer will be responsible for the
replacement costs of the missing or damaged equipment or material.
Delivery and Set-Up
1. We request at least a 2 hour window ahead of the event for delivery and set-up. Note: Earliest time for arrival and set up is preferable.
2. A delivery fee will be added based upon distance at the time of the final invoice.
Payment
1. A 50% non-refundable Deposit is required before orders are made for your design.
2. Forms of payment accepted: Cash, Cash App, Paypal, Business Checks, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover.
3. Final payment is required not later than two weeks prior to the event to guarantee delivery of the order. 50% of the balance must be paid to reserve the service date. Customer is fully responsible for providing timely access to the event area for set-up and installation.
Cancelations
1. Please allow 72 hrs notice in advance of your event cancelation.
2. If your event is canceled due to COVID 19 please request an immediate consultation to discuss your options. Contact vbkeventdesigns@gmail.com
3. If a Customer cancels or postpones the rentals and décor for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded, however, a credit is issued which can be applied to any future event for up to 6 months. Any paid monies will not be credited if the cancellation or postponement occurs within 72 hrs. of scheduled delivery date.
4. The full price of a design change resulting in additional rental, supplies and labor fees made within 72 hours of the event date are due immediately upon signed agreement. Fees may vary depending on the extent of the change.
Outdoor Events
1. Sunshine, wind and other atmospheric conditions dramatically affect balloon décor. For all outdoor events, classic balloon décor, deliveries, and balloon sculptures CANNOT be guaranteed to withstand inclement weather. Customers should have a secondary plan to include an indoor location for deliveries. All Sales Final.
Safety Warning
1. DO NOT allow anyone to inhale helium from the filling equipment or from balloons! Inhaling
helium gas directly from a high pressure tank or inflated balloons can cause dizziness, drowsiness, loss of consciousness or other serious injury.
2. Popping balloons can cause eye or other injury. Protective gear, including eye shields, should be worn. Customer is responsible for supervising all use, and preventing all misuse or abuse of
helium, balloons, equipment and material related to the event.
3. DO NOT allow children to pop balloons unsupervised. Broken balloon pieces can cause a serious choking hazard, slip and fall or other injuries.
4. DO NOT allow children to teardown equipment or blow up any balloon with their mouth to avoid injury.
5. WARNING: Helium inhalation or injury from lack of oxygen, slipping on broken balloons, latex allergies,
children having access to balloons before, during or after events, children putting balloons in their
mouths and choking, eye/facial/body injuries from popping balloons, heart attacks from popping
balloons, hearing loss due to popping balloons, lesions, abrasions, suffocation, choking, loss of sight, loss of hearing, dizziness, drowsiness, loss of consciousness, broken body parts, death or any other personal or property damage caused or alleged to have been caused by popping balloons, or damage to swimming pool filtration systems caused by broken balloons.
